This past weekend, Mike and I went to VA for the Taylor family reunion and Ian's birthday. I made the Spiderman cake for his party. Here are a few photos of the party and the pinata that would not die. The reunion was fun and well-attended this year.
Mike and I got to stay at the cabin in Rawley Springs this visit, and it made the trip feel like a mini-vacation. On Sunday, the weather was so pretty, we hung out around the pool longer than we'd planned, and then we let mom and dad fill the car with fresh produce from the garden and headed back down south to the sweltering heat.
